Return & Refund Policy
We want your PURR experience to be simple, clear and fair. This policy applies to purchases of PURR sports drinks made through our online store. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
If several products from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day period generally begins when you receive the last item.
You may also notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase before delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us for return instructions.

- your order number,
- the product(s) you wish to return,
- and the reason for contacting us, where relevant.
Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from us.
Sports Drinks, Opened Bottles & Product Safety
PURR products are bottled sports drinks intended for consumption.
For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, unsealed, partially consumed or otherwise tampered-with bottles may not be eligible for return where an applicable legal exception allows this.
Products returned under the statutory right of withdrawal should therefore remain unopened and sealed unless opening or handling the product was reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning.
Products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life may also be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law provides such an exception.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products to us.
If your order has already been dispatched and you later exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you remain responsible for the cost of returning the products to PURR, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, the additional delivery cost is not refundable unless required by applicable law.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we receive the returned products, or
- you provide evidence that the products have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Faulty, Leaking or Incorrect Products
If your PURR order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- your order number,
- a short description of the issue,
- and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.
We will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The rules concerning faulty or non-conforming products are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Pre-Orders
PURR pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfilment through the cancellation options made available by us.
If a pre-order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise any statutory right of withdrawal available to you. In that case, the standard return rules described in this policy apply.
Returning the Products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, returned products should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw, unless we agree otherwise.
Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after you contact us.
