Can I change my formula or pack?

Contact the PURR team if you would like to change your formula or pack size. We can help you review the available options.

How do I skip or pause?

Open your customer account, choose Subscriptions, then select the subscription you want to manage. Review upcoming orders before making a change.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel from your customer account. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order already processed.
