Where do you ship and what are the delivery times? +

We ship throughout the European Union from our production facility in Poland. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order? +

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This link allows you to follow the real-time progress of your PURR drinks right to your doorstep.

What are the shipping costs? +

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount (check the conditions at the top of our homepage).

What is your return policy? +

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for drinks if the packaging or seal has been opened. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos for a replacement.
